Booking terms

  • We cater from a minimum of 40 people up to large events across Western Cape / Greater Cape Town.
  • Stainless-steel gas spitbraais cook a whole lamb in about 2 hours — versus 7–8 hours on a traditional fire — with no smoke or mess.
  • A 50% non-refundable deposit confirms the function.
  • A travel levy of r300 is charged for any function exceeding a 40 km return trip from the n1 city area.
  • Eating time must be met as agreed on the booking.
  • No cheques.
  • Package prices are quote on request. We do not publish a rand-per-person rate card.

Quotes are guides until confirmed in writing. Clients must provide safe outdoor space and accurate dietary information.
